Produce: At Tree House Creamery we specialise in making quality handmade yoghurt on the farm with milk from our own dairy herd. Tree House Creamery is based at Trees House Farm in the picturesque hamlet of Brignall, which overlooks Barnard Castle, a historic market town. The milk is produced to strict farm assurance and animal health and welfare practices, so you are guaranteed the milk used to make the yoghurt comes from happy healthy cows, and is fully traceable. All the flavours for the yoghurt are also handmade on the farm, and the fruit is sourced as locally as possible. Tree House Creamery produces both a healthy Low Fat range of yoghurts, and a Luxury range for you to indulge in. They are all ‘live’ probiotic yoghurts. The Low Fat yoghurts are made using only natural fruit such as apple juice to sweeten the yoghurt rather than using sugar or artificial sweetners. Hence ‘Simply Yoghurt and Fruit’. Our aim is to produce a range of delicious yoghurts, and in time other products, that our customers will enjoy and keep coming back for more.
