Produce: We sell Beef and Lamb ready frozen, delivered to individual customers. Our meat is entirely home produced from a closed flock and herd so we have complete traceability and a minimum of food miles. The lamb is bred from rams which are in the top 10% of recorded flocks in the UK and as a result is very lean and tasty. All beef is from a suckler herd of Stabiliser cross cows which has proven eating quality and again is tasty and tender. The carcasses are hung for up to 3 weeks. We accommodate individual requests and sell meat in any quantity from half lambs and mixed packs of beef to individual joints and small packs of mince, chops etc. All the meat is ready frozen, packed and labeled so what could be easier than to arrange a delivery time then fill your freezer for the next few weeks - hassle free shopping!
