As a busy working couple we ate a lot of ready meals but we always felt uneasy as they were full of artificial colours flavours and preservatives.We thought why do they have to do that?

We believed that convenient food doesn't have to mean bad food.

So we decided to produce our own range of meals which are cooked just as they would be at home without any additives.

We are lucky to be surrounded by some of the finest countryside in the UK from high wild fells to lush valley pa stu res, and we have taken advantage of that in sourcing our ingredients including dales lamb, mature beef and game from local estates.

All our meat is free range and reared on a natural diet without the use of growth promoters

and with high standards of animal welfare..

This gives the meat a superior flavour that is lost in factory farmed food.It also help to preserve our traditional landscapes and the animals have a better life as well!

For our first range we have concentrated on producing classic dishes brought up to date with a twist using the finest ingredients the North of England has to offer.
