Produce: Pacific Oysters (also known as Rock or Gigas Oysters) are available for sale all year round and are carefully reared in the North Sea, using only natural resources in the seawater for their food. All oysters are accompanied with their own health mark to say that they were purified live bivalve molluscs, with a dispatch centre approval number.
