Produce: Great tasting breads from the English Tradition. Working with flour from cereals grown by us or sourced as locally as possible, and using natural long term ferments, sourdoughs and barms, the bread is baked in our home built wood fired oven fuelled by timber residue from local Estate Sawmills, adding to its uniqueness.
