Doddington Dairy is situated on our family farm, nestled at the bottom of the Cheviot Hills in the Glendale Valley of Northumberland. Cows graze contentedly here on the farm.

We use the fresh whole milk from these cows to produce a range of traditional raw milk cheeses or alternatively, mix it with ingredients of the finest quality to create a luxury ice cream for you to savour. Our aim is to produce quality products from only the best (locally sourced where possible) ingredients.

Produce: Cheeses

Doddington British territorial, Leicester style cheese matured for 10-15 months, developing a complex aroma and deep flavour

Berwick Edge Local variation of a traditional Dutch Gouda matures at 8-12 months. Moist and creamy, with a strong fruity aftertaste

Cuddys Cave Special Dales style recipe of our own, unique in the UK . Matured for 3-5 months, characteristically rich yet mellow in flavour

Produce: Luxury Ice Creams

Our range of luxury ice creams contain simple ingredients such as full cream milk, double cream, sugar, egg yolks ad real flavours. Only the finest of ingredients are used and this means that they are free from GMO's, artificial colourings and preservatives. We believe there is no substitute for the real thing!
