beckleberry's are manufacturers of Beckleberry’s luxury fresh ice creams and real fruit sorbets, as well as Artisan hand made desserts.

We work from first principles to ensure superior quality products. We only use ingredients of the highest quality in all that we create, sourcing locally as often as possible. For larger customers we offer a bespoke product service, adding individuality to any menu. In the last 3 years we have won 17 Great Taste Awards, including 3 Gold Awards and Best Speciality Product from Northumbria. We mainly supply the quality end of the hotel and restaurant market, as well as selected tourist outlets throughout the North of England.

Produce: We produce well over 100 different flavours of fresh cream ice cream and real fruit sorbet, with many interesting originals such as liquorice & toffee, parsnip and Northumbrian cheese ice creams and gin & tonic sorbet.

Our fresh cream ice creams are available in 120ml and 500ml retail packs and 5 litre catering tubs. Our real fruit sorbets are available in 500ml retail packs and 2.5 litre catering tubs.

We manufacture a huge number of different types of desserts, some chilled, some ambient and some served frozen. They are available as either individual or multi portion, depending on the product. We make too many varieties to list!, so please telephone us for an up to date product list.
